### What is Partylio?

Partylio is a digital guestbook that collects photos, videos and messages from all your guests via one unique QR code. No app required - guests scan the code and upload straight from their browser.

### Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the upload page opens immediately in their browser. It works on iPhone, Android and even on a laptop.

### How do I download all photos and videos?

From your dashboard you can download a ZIP file with all photos, videos and a PDF of all messages in a single click - in full resolution, without compression.

### What does Partylio cost?

Start free with the 14-day trial (1 event, 50 uploads). Premium is €19.95 one-off (500 uploads), Premium+ is €39.95 one-off (2,000 uploads).

### Which events can I use it for?

Partylio works for any event: wedding, birthday, baby shower, christening, communion, corporate event, conference, team building and more.

### Where are my photos stored?

All media is stored securely in the European Union and is GDPR-compliant. The retention period depends on your plan. Only you have access to your dashboard.

### How long does it take to set up an event?

Less than a minute. You pick a name, date and theme, and your QR code is ready to share or print straight away.

### What quality are photos stored in?

Photos and videos are stored in original resolution, without the compression you know from WhatsApp or social media. Sharp enough to print.

### Can I remove unwanted photos?

Yes. From your dashboard you can remove any contribution with one click. You always control what's visible.

### Is Partylio GDPR-compliant?

Yes. All data is stored securely in the European Union. Guests don't need to share personal details to upload photos.

### What if I'm not happy after buying?

Haven't shared the QR code with guests yet? Send us a message within 14 days and we'll fully refund.

### How long can I access the photos after the event?

The retention period depends on your plan and starts at the end of your event. You'll get a reminder to download in time.

### What happens after the event?

Your dashboard stays available so you can view, download or share photos and videos until the retention period ends.

### Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time and you keep all uploads and messages already collected.
