1. Definitions

• Partylio - the service and platform available at partylio.com, operated by Techlogix BV (BE1025387295).
• User / Organiser - the person who creates an account and manages an event.
• Guest - a person who uploads media via an event link without an account.
• Media - photos and videos uploaded through the platform.

2. Use of the service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Hosts are responsible for lawful use of the service and for all event-related content operations under their account. Hosts must ensure they have valid rights and permissions for guest media uploads, including informing guests where required and complying with privacy, image-right, and intellectual-property laws.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country if higher, to create a Partylio account. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Purchases and payment

Partylio offers a free trial and one-time paid packages. Payment is processed via Stripe. There is no automatic renewal. Prices include VAT where applicable; Stripe calculates the final tax during checkout.

After purchase you receive access to the selected package according to the limits on the pricing page.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason, and to receive a full refund of the amount paid. To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day period; we will process the refund promptly.

4. Ownership of media

Users and/or guests retain copyright on the media they upload. By uploading media, they grant Partylio a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and make the media available to the organizer of the relevant event.

Hosts are explicitly responsible for obtaining legally required permissions where guest media includes minors, and for ensuring event content does not include prohibited or illegal material (including abusive, exploitative, violent extremist, infringing, or privacy-violating content). Partylio may remove content or suspend access where needed for legal or safety reasons.

5. Retention and deletion

Media from Free Trial events is automatically deleted after 14 days. Paid packages follow the retention periods stated in the privacy policy. After deletion of your account your data and media are permanently removed.

6. Liability

Partylio aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use or unavailability of the service. To the extent permitted by law, hosts agree to indemnify Partylio against third-party claims arising from host-managed content rights, minors-related permissions, and unlawful uploads.

7. Changes

Partylio reserves the right to amend these terms. For material changes you will be notified by email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also retain the mandatory rights granted under the law of your country of residence.
