    1. Who are we?

    Partylio is operated by Techlogix BV, with registered address Munkelostraat 31A, Wingene, Belgium, and VAT/BCE number BE1025387295. For privacy questions, contact hi@partylio.com.

    2. What data do we process?

    Depending on how you use Partylio, we process:

    • Host account and event data - account identifiers, event settings, and management activity.
    • Guest contribution data - optional names, photos, videos, messages, and related metadata.
    • Billing data - payment status and invoice metadata. Stripe processes card data.
    • Technical and security data - IP address, device/browser metadata, and service logs.

    3. What do we use your data for?

    • Providing and operating the service under our contract with hosts.
    • Billing, invoicing, and accounting compliance.
    • Security, abuse prevention, incident response, and platform reliability.
    • Responding to support requests and legal obligations.

    4. How long do we keep your data?

    Event media retention is counted from the end of event activation (when your event closes for guest uploads), not from the event date alone.

    Current plan limits:

    • Free Trial: up to 50 contributions per event; media kept for 14 days.
    • Premium (€19.95 one-off): up to 500 contributions per event; media kept for 1 month (30 days).
    • Premium+ (€39.95 one-off): unlimited contributions per event (2,000 enforced); media kept for 2 months (60 days).

    Export files are retained only for temporary download windows. Account data is deleted after valid deletion requests, except where legal retention duties apply (for example accounting records).

    5. Do we share your data?

    We never sell your personal data. We use processors and infrastructure providers such as:

    • Supabase, Cloudflare, and Hetzner for hosting, storage, and service operation.
    • Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, for usage measurement and advertising, only after consent).

    6. Your rights

    You have the right to:

    • Access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data where applicable.
    • Receive data portability where technically and legally required.
    • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
    • Withdraw consent for consent-based processing at any time.

    7. Cookies

    We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, language preference, and storing your cookie choice. For analytics and advertising we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads: these set cookies or personalise ads only after you consent, and otherwise run in cookieless Consent Mode. This may involve transferring data to Google LLC in the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
