4 weeks before the wedding: set up your system

- The day before the wedding, send a message to the WhatsApp group with the link for guests who prefer to save it ahead of time

- Check the 4G/5G coverage at your venue in advance. At rural castles or deep in the countryside, signal sometimes drops

- Have a rain plan: keep a few QR cards ready for under the canopy in case drinks have to move indoors
- Place one card up high (on a stand or board) so taller guests can see it without bending down
